Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery destination, however, we offer free delivery as standard on orders over £99.99 that are being shipped within the UK.

Orders over £100 for UK Express Delivery is £2.99

Where is my order shipped from? Can I pick up from anywhere?
All our products are stored and shipped from our fulfillment centre in Glasgow, Scotland.
Unfortunately we do not offer any services for self-pick up at the moment.
Can we return or exchange the products we ordered?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at sales@ruiseartswh.co.uk for any returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or any exchange of products. Please make a separate purchase for any new item.
