Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Our standard deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.

We do not accept orders for certain address types –please read our delivery restrictions before placing an order.

After processing, (which may be subject to delay if we are out of stock of any items ordered, in which case we will notify you), all orders are despatched using a 24 to 48-hour service to most mainland destinations in the UK, and 72 hours to outlying areas of the UK.

For European orders, we are currently working on it and delivery times vary depending on location. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. Details will be announced later once the delivery door is opened. 

All customers will receive tracking information for your orders via email.

  • Orders under £100 : £7.99
  • Orders over £100 : Free

Express Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for UK orders placed before the 2pm specified on the delivery charges section; these orders will be processed for delivery on the next working day after the order is placed. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day and should arrive on the next working day after that. Please note that Next-day delivery is not applicable to remote areas and outlying islands as the delivery time will be longer. 

While we strive to achieve specified delivery dates given to us, we cannot accept liability for late delivery if caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Where an order is time-critical, we ask that you ensure you place your order in good time to avoid disappointment.

In the unlikely event that a specified delivery date is not achieved and the order is delivered later the same day or on the next working day, a partial refund will be made, calculated as the difference between our standard express delivery charge and that charged at the time of placing the order.

Insurance

All UK deliveries are fully insured by us at no additional cost to you. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ruiseartswh.co.uk and begin the subject line with "RETURN". If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns will need to be sent within 14 days upon our acceptance, to the following address via our dedicated Royal Mail services: 9-11 Albion Way, East Kilbride, G75 0YN. Items sent back to us later than the request date, or without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at sales@ruiseartswh.co.uk by starting your subject line "Damages" or "Wrong Items". 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items / Exchanges

We also do not accept returns with poor packaging. Please ensure the products are returned with the original packaging materials and handled properly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or any exchange of products. Please make a separate purchase for any new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return within 3-5 business days of receipt, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
