Recital is the newest series from Whisky Concerto, launched in 2024, featuring whiskies selected by individual shareholders according to their unique preferences. Recital 3 was picked by David, a Bowmore maniac (SMWS code 3), to present his selection.

This whisky underwent double maturation, spending over 3 years in bourbon casks before another 3 years in a first fill Palo Cortado quarter cask. It was bottled when the Concerto team determined the optimal moment—achieving perfect balance between the woodiness and the vibrant fruitiness from the Palo Cortado cask.

Brightened reflects the whisky's distinctive bright fruit and fruity sherry notes, which set it apart from typical Glenlossie expressions found in the market. The name also holds personal significance: Jeremiah, son of David who painted the label, studied in Brighton during his upper secondary school years.
