This remarkable distillery has been championing environmental responsibility since the early 1990s, leading the charge in renewable energy adoption and sustainable production practices. As one of the world's first organic rum distilleries, they have demonstrated that exceptional quality and environmental stewardship can flourish hand in hand.

This extraordinary rum underwent 5 years of tropical maturation before completing its journey with additional aging in Europe in American white oak. Volcanic Flower draws its name from the distillery's unique geographical setting, nestled at the foot of an active volcano. This poetic name also honors the distillery's own moniker, which translates beautifully as "flower of sugar cane".
